If you buy a Pika MountainTM product on pika.life and for any reason you don’t like it, it doesn’t work, or you simply want a refund, then let us know, and we’ll refund you! It’s that easy. Well, almost.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 calendar days of your purchase. In the email, let us know:
- your first and last name,
- what product purchase you’d like refunded or replaced,
- the date you purchased the item,
- why the product didn’t meet your expectations,
- and whether you’d like a refund or a replacement.
For any PikaTM Liquid Chalk products, that’s all you need to do. For all other products, you’ll also need to return the product to PikaTM. The product must be in the same condition that you received it. Please include your name in the return box so we know who it came from.

After we receive your item, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you damaged the product in any way or if you have initiated the return after 90 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, if for whatever reason you feel you still deserve a refund anyway, then write to us at email@example.com and explain your circumstances, and we will consider your refund on a case-by-case basis. We will try to make it right if we can. 🙂
